Shipping And Handling
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to stock). UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.95) or Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked (£4.99) Special Delivery orders placed before 2pm should, subject to availability and excluding weekends and holidays, be delivered the next day before 1pm.
Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days. A signature may be required on receipt of order.
Free delivery, using Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked delivery, is offered on all purchases over £50, unless Special Delivery is selected.
Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post, and the delivery charge is calculated by the website according to the weight of the order.
Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

Refund and Returns
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) if you wish to return any product(s). Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail email@example.com, and we will be pleased to assist you in proceeding with the return of the product. Please ensure you include your order reference number, name, address, date of order, product details, and the reason for returning the product(s) when contacting us. Once the return has been authorised, the item(s) can be posted back to us or brought back to our store. Please note, the item(s) must be in a saleable condition.
The customer will carry the full cost of returning goods. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you.

Please note that, once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of exchanging a product you (the customer) will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
