Why do you ask for so much personal information when I try to place an order?

The security protection we have in place to prevent credit card fraud requires verification of billing information with your credit card. If the billing address does not match the one your bank has for the credit card, your order will not be authorized. A telephone number is required in case there are any issues with your order and we need to contact you. An email address allows us to send you an order confirmation when your order is placed as well as shipping confirmation and tracking numbers for your order. We will never give your personal information to a third party. Your credit card information is not stored on our system. You have complete control over what emails you receive and can unsubscribe to any of the services at any time.

 

Why can't I log in?
